1.Search qualified landlord/franchisee who is interested in new store opening.
2.Set up retail sales process like as sign the contract with franchisee, making the agreement, and set up format for sales part.
3.Support the franchise store, like as good allocation goods, sales amount
4.Valuate mortgage property of new store
5.Make contingency plans for sales.(for slow season)
6.Analyze local customer’s needed product (on occasion) and feedback to product planning team
