- Handles and prioritises the day to day sales promoting activities to achieve sales and distribution targets as fixed by Sales Manager.
- Creates, develops and manages systematically and pro-actively effective business relationships with key accounts on a management level to achieve sales goals and develop long term partnerships with them.
- Develop a well-structured training program for distributors together with Sales Manager, conduct workshops/trainings for distributors, prepare/implement indirect account planning together with distributors & review the result
- Travels throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective key accounts to increase product awareness.
- In collaboration with Market Managers and TDA Managers, trains, promotes and sells specific and new product applications and provides them with all product specifications.
- Establishes and executes approved operational (objective customer platform) plan for his area.

- 패션 industry 혹은 FMCG 출신 선호
- 1979년생 전후
- 4년제 대졸 관련학과
- 적극적 / 긍정적인 성격의 소유자
- 커뮤니케이션 능숙자
- 영어 원활한 자
