- Be responsible for complete the routine business reports within pre-defined time line according to Head of Cusotmer Service’s mandate
- Be resoponsible for the data correction and report quality across all reports ensure information is accurate and correct
- As central contact window facing all CS business units with regards to investment and procurement review
- As central contact window facing finance and controlling with regards to all finance related reports, especially budget
- Coordinate and facilitate month service review meeting and responsible for meeting record and follow up
- Analyze business data to identify issues and raise for weekly/monthly service review
- Analyze competitor’s service price and guide SGK Brand Service Pricing according to HQ guildeline-
- Control ‘CS Revenue’, especially ‘Goodwill’s execursion’
- Improve analysis method to improve efficiency
- Identify and alert business issues and risks for management decis
경력 및 자격요건
- Preferable to have a career in Consulting Firm, Finance and Analysis
- At least 3 years of business analysis experience
- Sensitive to data and good skill at statistics and analysis
- Able to quick catch up new business, fast learner
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Responsive, open and willing to take challenge, adapt to change mindset
- Broad and strategic view in overall customer service operations
- Fluent English in written and verbal
- Hands on experience in office tools e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and ERP systems
- Education or certification to be able to do job : Bachelor or similar
