Creates and executes a country marketing operations plan, manages the local associated budget, leads the extended marketing dedicated team (staff and agencies)
-Collaborates with Country/Sales Management to assess and prioritize local program execution. Acts as proactive member of local management team.
-Ensures first-rate as well as smooth execution of the key Marketing programs and activities.
-Oversees public relations activities in local market, and acts as primary external spokesman (in accordance with Country Manager).
-Ensures country market analysis and assessment capabilities as well as provision of customer information to be delivered to sales management.
-Delivers high-level sales call support and presentations of Company-core messages at external events and seminars. Represents Company locally in local industry organizations.
-Manages staff of program resources and marketing communications specialists, conducting regular performance reviews and informal coaching sessions.
