- Researching, reviewing and summarizing available scientific literature to assess viability of proposed claims, identify substantiation methods and document results
- Translating complex scientific and technical concepts into consumer appropriate language with vivid and compelling visuals
- Effectively compiling, synthesizing and communicating knowledge from multiple sources/databases leveraging existing and emerging scientific literature
- Publishing, as appropriate, to targeted journals or other media - Communicating discipline specific scientific complexities and opportunities for new products, services or claims with technical and non-technical colleagues and internal customers
- Providing mentoring, coaching and support on technical programs and projects which may include directing the day-to-day work of technicians, lower level scientists/engineers, interns and/or contractors

- in depth knowledge in Nutrition, Melecular biology, Biochemistry/physiology. Epidemiology, Statistics. clinical trial skills
