- Managing a portfolio of luxury store fit out projects across Korea
- Developing & establishing Gateway Process for the project that clearly defines all
objectives with effective reporting to upper Management including key stakeholders of project
- Managing effectively 3rd party providers to ensure delivery of all outstanding detailed design of works satisfying all requirements in accordance with the programme.
- Preparing & updating of overall construction strategies, programmes, schedules and documentation to monitor objectives on timing of the project vs actual progress
- Advising on areas of risk to the Works and effective methods of managing these risks to minimise impact on the business
- Maintaining CAPEX control on all projects to ensure that purchase orders are raised in accordance with the critical path
- Manage QS function such as production of detailed budget estimate &cost advice, proposals for feasibility plans

- Majored in Construction/Building Management
- 5 ~ 8 years’ experience at Luxury Retail (Korean title: Kwajang)
- Native Korean with fluent level of English
- Ability to see design drawings with experience of coordinating architecture and engineering disciplines.
- Knowledge of building materials, local laws, regulations and relevant authority submission
- Certified with Construction Safety Supervisor.
- Ability to use AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project & Photoshop
- Mobility to make frequent travels
