-Manages the preparation financial analysis of pertinent information to determine progress against strategic plan, budget, forecast, and to ensure integrity of the financial statements.
-Interprets and reviews financial results with executive management, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses
-Ensures executive management is educated on use and interpretation of financial reports and metrics.
-Oversees and/or leads analysis that aids in the decision making process and creates increased profitability and cash flow
-Drives and monitors that working capital is efficiently and effectively being used (inventory and AR focus).
-Drives improvement in metrics focused on P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow (such as CACC, ROIC).
-Works with teams to establish key measures for business strategies that are consistent with division's long-term financial model
-Manages the development of budgets and action plans
경력 및 자격요건
-Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience
-8 years’ experience with Fortune 500/multi-national consumer products company
-MBA (Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field), CMA, or CPA Preferred
-Fluent English
