1) Local HR
- Acting as the point of contact for inquiries related to overall HR programs, processes, employee development & performance management and providing advice, consultation and coaching with varying complexity and scope
- Partnering with business to understand business needs and objectives and provide required HR support and solutions
- Proactively working with business partners to identify human capital needs and creating plans that meet those needs, including recruitment and selection
- Conducting new hire orientation and on-boarding support programs in alignment with company standards
2) APAC HR
- Aggregating human capital information from functions and regions for macro strategic HR planning
- Advising business leaders on the preparation of human resource plan, and integrating into the strategic planning process
- Supporting HR practice group meeting by leading regional conf. call, taking the minutes of meetings, following up initiative actions
경력 및 자격요건
- 부산 근무 가능자(해운대)
- 최소 7년 이상 HR 전반에 관한 경험
- 영어 가능자 (APAC HR 과의 커뮤니케이션이 중요함)
