- Monitoring and analysing of merchandising KPIs performance management
- Performance tracking vs. plan (POP specific sell-through & inventory, assortment
mix, product category performance, customer trend analysis, product penetration)
- Ensures proactive analysis and information of backorders or delivery issues.
- In close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Team, determines the assortment- mix and target stock level on VG and store level (incl. initial stock ordering for new
POP’ s) based on product strategy and sales plan.
- Responsible for the accurate forecasting for all product categories based on
business plan
- Key decision maker for the initial order amount and the replenishment of the new and
basic collection items
- Responsible for the Order processing and delivery for external customer and internal
POP of material and products (incl. samples)
경력 및 자격요건
- Retail industry에서 MD 경험 10년 이상자(부장급)
- 백화점 브랜드 (Cosmetics, Jewelry, Fashion Brand 선호)
- MD+VMD 경력 보유자 우대
- 긍정적이고 밝은 성격의 소유자, open minded & aggressive communication skill 소유자
- 영어 능통자
- Presentation 발표 능통자
- Manager 경력 3년이상의 자격을 갖춘 자
- 74년생 전후
