- Set and achieve sales targets: implement a territory strategy and business plan that maximizes profitability.
- Build up & maintain strategic relationship and exploit a network with internal team & external partners and create prerequisites to be able to offer extended services to new customers.
- Penetrate and develop existing top tier accounts, find and develop new potential high billing accounts with tailor-made products.
- Develop Corporate Gifts with sales team as coporporate gift item development expert to fortify the competences in the market by extending solution service to the market
- Offer creative design support and trend consultancy for customers in different segments by collaborating with TDA function
- Interface between HQ, local team and external partners.
- Teamwork and coordination: work closely with other teams to ensure order process management, excellent client service and timely delivery.
