- Build-up a consumer solution program & experience program to strengthen beauty specialty & retailing Contribute to achievement of marketing goal & objective
- Color cosmetic marketing aligned with solution program Develop a color cosmetic with corporate marketing team and lead color cosmetic launching
- Implement internal & external communication thru all touch point including online & offline channel to build up differentiated & prestigious brand equity and asset for strategic goal achievement
- Product marketing and launch activities (DIM, Training, PR and etc)

- Cosmetic company experience preferred
- Good understanding & multi-years's experience about beauty marketing & strategy
- Great insight into consumer behavior research
- Knowledge about beauty trend & business
- Good English & presentation skill
