b.Facilitating annual planning including the creation of Balanced Score Card for the company & build the review mechanism around it to ensure tracking/ monitoring & course correction as deemed fit
c.Facilitation for creating functional strategies & their alignment with the organizational strategy
d.Organization structure & resource planning aligned to strategic planning
e.Manage issues effectively pertaining to company affairs so as to minimize the negative impact & help improve company’s image in public
f.Manage Corporate identity, internal & external publications including online PR
g.Manage relations & effective liaising with Govt. authorities pertaining to automotive legislation
h.Details analysis of Govt.’s various policies pertaining to Automotive legistation

a.Qualification: MBA
b.Age: around 50 years
c.Experience: >20 years out of which at least 5 years in a leadership position in automotive OEM, global exposure is an added advantage
d.Desirable competencies:
Functional: Knowledge of strategy planning & deployment tools Knowledge of automotive legislation
Good liaising skills
Effective Project management skills
