• Strategy Development
- Product marketing for large and complex markets, industries and segments, including the multi generation product plan for each focus area
- Identification, vetting and business case development for inorganic growth opportunities within Energy Storage Solutions (ESS:Battery cell, Fuel cell, Dielectric etc)
- Provide critical linkages between Sales, R&D and Manufacturing teams
• Market intelligence on competition & trends.
- Evaluate global product and technology trends in the industry and segments
• Product/Platform Development
- Guide technical platform developments and prioritize NPI requests

• Required 15 ~ 20 years of professional expereince
- 5 yrs of research and development expereince in Automotive Materials or Energy Storage Solution Industries
- Over10 years experience in Sales or marketing roles.
- Additional experience in Plastics engineering/ specification is desired
• B.S. in Engineering or Business, Advanced Degree preferred
• English Language Proficiency / Chinese Language skills desired.
• International travel : as much as 20%
