- Applies purchasing/procurement methodology to achieve organizational objectives, best value for the enterprise, and achievement of target return on investments (ROI).
- Develops sourcing strategies; solicits/analyzes request for proposals; negotiates contracts and coordinates supplier integration plan with internal client.
- Compiles and analyzes statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products and to establish price objectives.
- Establish a supplier relationship management process with continuous improvement goals/programs. Monitors market dynamics and communicates changes that affect internal client needs.
- Compiles information to keep informed on price trends and manufacturing processes.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field strongly preferred. MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in commercial, business, operations function required or experience in non-procurement role. Prior experience in working in regional, global teams preferred.
- Knowledge of Procurement related business processes desirable. Flexibility and demonstrates Leadership at the Supervisor level, with particular strengths in Championing Change, Communicate Candidly, Achieves Results.
- Experience of regional/global project lead or membership in partnership with regional sourcing personnel, resources and implements regional and global sourcing initiatives locally including supplier value management and risk program
- Communication Skill of articulating and visualizing Strategy and Presenting in front of high level stakeholders.
