- Drive and manage the recruitment process of new retail staff in effective manner.
- Undertake and manage the exit process of retail staff according to given
specifications (provides questionnaire or performs exit interviews).
- Monitor and control the retail personnel cost. (recruitment, salary, training, etc.)
- Conduct the induction (including NEO) process for new retail employees.
- Coordinate the Performance Dialogue and salary review process for retail team.
- Ensure the retail master JD kept up to date.
- Review and advise the C&B data analysis for retail employees from exit interview and
job interview.
- Support the Head of HR in being aware of the satisfaction status of retail employees.
(eg: initiating a Retail Employee Survey)
- Coordinate the PRSP for Retail process.
- Develop the employee recognition plan especially for retail employees.
경력 및 자격요건
- HR 경력 7년 이상(과장~차장급)
- Retail HR Industry 3년 이상 경험(필수)
- 영어 능통자
- 적극적 / 긍정적인 성격의 소유자
- 적극적인 커뮤니케이션 스킬 보유자
- 팀 플레이어
- 78년생 전후
