• Pre-season overview to develop execution strategy for upcoming season based on country specific market insights and new product initiatives
• Product deliveries and allocation to ensure that seasonal deliveries and monthly floor-set launches are executed in stores on time
• Focused product assortments to deliver monthly product strategy and monitor fashion & seasonal product performance with target sell-through
• Monitor sales progress with WOC forecast and control the appropriate stock level(WOC) of GSR for replenishment
• In Season Trading to consistently analyse season sales performance and optimize pricing/margin to maximize sales
• End of season analysis to define proposed markdowns with Corporate/Region based on end of season analysis versus target sell-through and execute exit strategy to Outlet
• Planning store projects for product strategies reflected and executed
• Store profile update in line with market business strategy and product strategy
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 4 year experience Retail Merchandising in fashion or childrenwear
• Majored in fashion related or business management
• Proven experience in driving business and working with global counterpart
• Fluent in English and Native in Korean
• High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP (optional)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and multi-task with excellent time management
• Mobility to travel
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Highly self-motivated and team player
