• Deployment of Commercial excellence activities at Key & Potential customers
• Develop and manage customers in Shanghai Market
• Develop accounts plans and drive the execution to deliver the budgeted results

• Engineering Plastic Sales and Marketing experience preferred (PA, POM & Compounding Resin)
• 3~7 years of Working experiences in global resin company (ex. Dupont, Basf, Lanxess, Rhodia, Celanese, Polyplastic)or automotive company in Shanghai preferred
• Technical leadership & Good communication skill to lead marketing programs with Korea and Global team to maximize business success.
• English speaking and writing skills for internal & external communication
• Hiring Chinese or Korean born in China
