- Administrative support & departmental coordination
- General secretarial work for executive director
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Arrange business trips and support business visitors from overseas offices
- Coordinate internal/external communications through incoming and outgoing calls and emails
- Consolidate and report any official documents
- Sort out the documentation of business reports and scrap if needed
- Take part in various projects for the supporting of training department
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate
- Minimum 2 years of work experiences
- MS office proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal relationship and communication skill.
- Very proactive and cooperative attitude
- Fluent in English
