• 디스플레이용 필름, 코팅제 생산공정 전반 총괄
- All manufacturing operations activities related to meeting production demands, supporting R&D, new product introductions, and working in close partnership with the Supply Chain team.
- Oversight of the planning, organizing, direction and controlling activities
- Development of the medium-term and strategic planning of raw material, management, resources, plant staffing, and plant equipment requirements to anticipate, plan
- Establish a high quality continuous improvement culture, focus on problem solving using tools such as 8D, implement value stream mapping, lean value engineering and integrating DFM concepts into the PLC process
- Ensure schedules for projects/production execution and performance targets are met
- Take lead role in spearheading ISO 9001:2008 certification and compliance for the manufacturing operation
- Establish annual budget, oversee the development of operating budgets and monitor/control expenditures
경력 및 자격요건
• 반도체/ Display용 필름 or 코딩제 경력 필수
• B.A in Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Min 15 years’ experience with increasing responsibility in an Operations leadership role in managing several aspects of responsibilities outlined above
• Strong operational knowledge and proven experience working with coating on optical films, numerous coating materials, coating methods and substrates
• Project/Program Management ability (large-scale projects)
• Technique: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methods, ISO9001, PLC
• Fluent in English
• International travel (up to 25%)
