* Provide technical support by timely / effective communication between Semiconductor customers and EKC technical & business related resources
* Mix & interact well with current / potential customers & industry people to get market intelligence.
* Develop & achieve new business (especially at Cu market) by promoting new / existing products aligned with account / marketing strategy.
* Quality Representative to customer & coordinate the communication between plant QA & customer.
* Dealing with purchasing / warehouse / SHE departments of customer as appropriate for negotiation & handling various requests.
경력 및 자격요건
* BS degree or above in chemical/material/metal engineering or Chemistry
* Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry, experience in etching/cleaning process is preferred
* Manufacturing or Technical service experience.
* Good command of English, Korean language is definitely required
* Well understanding and good knowledge about semiconductor Fabrication process & industry
* Logical, persuasive, influential capability to others are highly required.
* Capability of identifying customer organization dynamics, decision making process & business policy.
* Good communication & interpersonal skill to maintain close collaboration with customer & internal resources (R&D, Supply Chain, Tech team)
* Aggressive, persistent and can-do attitude
* Good command of English both written and spoken.
* Good IT skills, Planning and organizing skills
* Reliable and team player
* Knowledge of overall Quality Management esp. on “Statistical Process Control”
