- Managing duty free stores in Korea by reporting regularly to Home office, cooperating
with Asia team on transferring merchandise to make the best performances out of it
- Actively communicating with duty free buyers to ensure profitable and efficient
operation and compliance with corporate sales policies and objectives
- Conducting buy trips for Korea duty free market by season
- Budgeting and forecasting sale-through and negotiating with duty free buyers for
stock control
- Leading new store opening projects and store renovation as well by closely working
with constructions and lease department
- Sales forecast on a regular basis by setting sales target for stores and analyzing
sales trend to improve the store KPIs
- Establishing strong relationships with duty free partners to implement the brand
strategies to negotiate new store projects
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 8 year-experience in Retail or Merchandising in luxury DFS business with
awareness of the market trend in Korea
- Fluent in English to communicate closely with Home Office
- Mobility to make frequent domestic and overseas trips
- Team management experience as a manager to lead a team
- Analytical skill to improve KPIs for the department and proficient in Excel
- Negotiation skill to work with relevant partners
