-Support the Korea brand teams to complete the month end financial closing, quarterly review, year-end closing review and the annual budgetary process.
-Assist finance manager to define financial strategies in business plan, assess the soundness of the plans to secure approval and achievement of company’s profile and performance goals.
-Assist the finance manager to conduct all the feasibility studies and financial analysis for the development of Retail standalone Shops, Consignment Counters and dealers. Work with Korea GM on financial, tax and legal aspect of the contractual terms and conditions.
-Implement budgetary control, internal control guidelines and procedures within the affiliate.
-Implement appropriate company tax planning and payment in accordance with corporate and local statutory requirements.
-Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
-Support proper treasury system and adequate cash flow to maximize finance efficiency.
