- Consolidate sales result and prepare sales report by items, nationality and competitors.
- Arrange official documents regarding sales consultants and store issues.
- Manage sales consultants work schedule and monthly leave application
- Collect monthly store expense report, overtime and part time schedule and submit them to Area DF manager.
- Arrange participants for sales consultant training and support DF sales meeting.
- Manage shortage, overship and damaged items on shipment and update credit voucher
- Inform shipment to DF stores and update backorder list.
- Ensure proper VM is implemented to DF stores according to central strategy.
- Prepare new employee’s uniform, name tag and update employee card.
- Inform important company issues through newsletter especially relating DF team.
- Support DF renewal, open and event.
- Control store architecture maintenance
- Support DF team and sales consultants with any issues and needs.

- 면세 또는 백화점 industry 경력자 선호
- 영어 가능자 (필수)
- 엑셀 능숙자
- 적극적 / 긍정적인 성격의 소유자 우대
- 커뮤니케이션 능숙자 우대
