- Minimum 15 years of overall business experience with 10 years of multi-outlet operation. Experience of working with part-time employees is preferred
- Minimum 3 years in senior position at policy making level and COO potential within 2 years
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
- Able to direct, lead and motivate a team of employees
- Fluent English Skill is preferred
- University degree level qualification
