• New application(Silicone based) development
: focused on solid state lighting and FPD segments in electronics, photonics and automotive electronics markets
• Technically support for marketing, sales and customers
• Building relationships with customers to understand the technical requirements and transfer it to formulation team.

•3-10 years R&D experience in E&E related
: Excellent Technical Skills in Electronics application (OLED, Display, LED, Silicone).
• M.S in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, preferably polymer or organic chemistry required. Ph.D preferred.
• Experience is in developing and implementing technical and process solutions
• Fluent in English and /or Chinese.
• Chemical/technical knowledge about silicone (Preferred)
• Understanding Six Sigma, DOE and new technology introduction process
