- Establish new manufacturing process sequences and create control plan related to metal forming and machining
- Create technical document like SOP, work instruction and issue job order
- Develop outsourcing suppliers such as rolling, forging and machining
- Measure metallurgical and dimensional properties of metal products and troubleshoot internal failures
- Improve productivity and quality in working area
- Maintains equipment in proper working condition
- Performs related duties as assigned

- 3 to 7 years of work experience in metal forming and machining technology
- Knowledge and ability to understand metal forming and machining properties
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical or mechanical Engineering
