1. Channel Development
- Find the copy stores and develop them to be DACC
- Keep develop the marketing promotions in DACC, in store events and shop decorations
- Develop and enhance marketing & sales strategies together with tactics to support
- Execute regular BTL (CME/CPA) promotion in cooperation with marketing team
- Expand DACC outlets and network according to monthly and yearly target
- Develop new value-added service for DACC.
- Manage all the works pertinent to business expansion including contract, interior construction, service development, legal check etc.
- Control contracted interior vendors
2. Sales team management and development.
- Manage DACC sales team in a way to achieve the company target by keep tracking performance of each sales staff, sales calls, attitude, achievement over the target and expense usage for justifiable return.
- Joint sales call with team members on a regular basis
- Lead to develop a successful business model for DACC
3. Submit HQ required monthly reports.
경력 및 자격요건
1.Soft skills : Strong leadership, Communication and Change management competencies
2.Strength : Sales Management or Marketing Management, Brand Management
Industry Background : Reputable FMCG or other related industry
3.Experience : at least 5 years or more experience in marketing, sales and/or business development area. Prefer the candidate who has around 2 ~ 3 years direct experiences in franchise management & development from FMCG products i.e., paper, stationery product, gas station, 7-eleven, restaurant etc. out of his/her total years of career, but should be willingly to take sales-oriented works which requires still marketing background, knowledge and approach.
- Strong leadership to lead the DACC team as well as excellent interpersonal skill to work with other parties including Marketing and HQ
- Fluent oral and written English enough to communicate with HQ
- Result-oriented with fast learner
- To be able to work under pressure
