1.Develop new customers and maintain existing customers to generate the target sales revenue from language service and Global Leadership Training based on annual sales plan.
2.Screen and evaluate customer needs and challenges and drafting project proposals in accordance with the criteria defined by GLT leaders
3.Expand corporate-customers’ layers by prospecting, engaging, and qualifying potential accounts and developing solutions to meet prospective clients’ business needs.
4.Collaborate effectively with GLT facilitators and Language Center Directors and other operational staff to provide customers with professional services thereby addressing their needs.
5.In accordance with company sales policies & procedures, the Account Manager should investigate and gather sales information about competitors from the market periodically.
6.Effectively communicate with GLT team and sales team members on sales issues, competition, opportunities and resource needs.
경력 및 자격요건
1.6 to 10 years’ experience in the sales with about 6 years of sales leadership and management in consulting sales or service sales capacity
2.Proven experience in managing people and teams
3.Must possess excellent business proposal skills, presentation, communication and negotiation skills, facilitation skills is a plus.
4.Should be self-motivated to meet his/her own sales call plan as required by company sales disciplines.
5.Must be proficient in MS office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
6.Must be a sales professional possessing the highest moral standards.
7.English writing & speaking ability will be a plus.
