I.Position Summary

This position will provide the strategic leadership as well as the day-to-day people and budget management for our Medical Health Services (MHS) department. Emphasis will be on creating and implementing the strategies for expanding existing business lines, engaging into new ones, and managing the team to set and reach aggressive targets. Full efforts should be focused on achieving market leadership in Korea.

II.Responsibility and Authority

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and communicating the vision for the business line in alignment with company vision
• Making and implementing strategic business plans to introduce and expand products and services related to the business segment in alignment with the vision
• Managing the P&L and budget for the assigned business segment, including decisions on investments and personnel, in agreement with manager
• Working closely with support organizations.....etc

Education:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in a technical, biological, chemical or medical product related field
• Management training, an MBA would be a plus
• Lead auditor authorization with at least 1 MHS segment code

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience:
• At least five years of industry-related work experience
• Managing personnel and having P&L responsibility
• Creating and successfully implementing business plans
• Interacting with high-level business connections
• Work in an international work environment
• Previous auditing and/or testing experience a plus
