• Manage and coordinate legal and employment relation issues
• Manage employees performance evaluation
• Talent acquisition and management
• Manage compensation, bonus, and incentive levels
• Complete hands on experience on all aspects of HR
• Manage some administrative duties

- BA degree (HR or related major preferred)
- 5+ yrs of HR experience
- Bilingual (English and Korean)
