-Own product allocation across country for assigned product division, including allocation target stocks (new & replenishment)
-Analyze product availability/depth/sizes along with its sell-thru for pre buy and in season
-Partner with Regional Planning and local merchandising head to build allocation plans by store & outlets for seasonal cycle, monthly floor sets, markdowns for both fashion & replenishment
-Partner with Logistics to produce integrated product availability and delivery schedules against allocation plans
-Partner with local Merchandising on stock rebalancing (where required) to maximize product availability and performance – incl. regular internal Store transfer at local level
-Be point of contact with local Merchandising and regional allocation on replenishment & agreed product assortment availability
-Any Product Allocation related work for Store Opening/ Closure, Event and others
경력 및 자격요건
-Over 5 years Retail Merchandising experience or Merchandising planning experience (대리~과장급)
-This role does not entail any buying functions which is done by regional merchandising team
-Business acumen and commercial sense to analysis product categories
-High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and SAP an advantage
-Excellent communicator both in Korean and English
-Highly organized, detail oriented
-Able to make clear decisions driven by business strategy
-Managing and coaching skill to lead a team
-Bachelor's degree in BA or Fashion related
