- Assume the responsibilities and perform duties of Marine claim manager
- Coached Marine adjusters to develop skills and confidence in their ability to examine work processes, create solution.
- Supervises the whole process of Marine claims included vendor management.
- Gives advice to Marine claim adjusters on technical questions
- Approves individual adjusters claim payment when the amount exceeds his/her authority
- Informs claim management of cases involving large exposure, litigation, complaints to FSS and any issue of interest
- Periodically reviews outstanding claims to ensure that they are being reserved adequately
- Supervises General Average / salvage and subrogation recoveries
- SAR/MAR reporting and management

손해사정사 자격증 2종(해상)소지자
해상보험 클레임 경력 10년 이상
해상화물 지식 보유 전문가
협상력, 고객 응대 기술 전문가
영어 구사능력(작문포함) 우수자 선호

- 원서 마감후 1차(서류) 합격자에 한하여 개별연락
