-Develops & drives a partner-focused, services strategy that supports growth, profitability, and market share gain with our partners for IT products, software and services
-Responsible for success in Korea GS channel services across all partners
-Create and manage the execution of the services channel business plan, aligns to GS and channel leaders in Korea & theatre/WW service channel plans
-Drives growth in targeted partners total business by developing strategic plans leveraging services
-Manage and communicate key Partner performance metrics such as partner’s delivery quality, Velocity program compliance to Theatre, GSL, Channel Leader
-Single point of ownership & escalation in Korea for partner services business, sales and delivery
-Strong engagement & alignment with Channel and GS leads & teams
경력 및 자격요건
-5 + years of services sales & management with solid experience working with partners. Preferably having been a partner manager or worked inside a partner organization.
-Knowledge and experience in services delivery is important.
-Building and executing services business/sales plans with the partners to drive /Partner services success
