•Manage the technical and commercial aspects of designated accounts with total accountability to meet Nutrition & Health’s budget objectives and client needs
•Identify, develop and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts, and capture these opportunities Nutrition & Health’s Opportunity Pipeline via CRM. Selectively convert them into new sales in order to expand the profitable market share of the company
•Being First Choice- Source and generate business and foster relationships with targeted existing and potential customers in order to promote Nutrition & Health as the preferred supplier of Specialty Food Ingredients.
경력 및 자격요건
•MS in Chemistry or Chemical engineering preferred but not required. Any engineering degree acceptable depending on work experience.
•Experience in providing hands on customer and sales technical support
•Demonstrated effectiveness working with large customers
•Experiences in optical bonding, flat panel display or touch panel industries highly desirable
•Demonstrated problems solving/trouble shooting skills
•Ability to quickly come up to speed and contribute to a new program
•Creativity and innovation in developing solutions to customer process problems
•Demonstrated excellence and professionalism in managing interactions with customers and external business partners
•Strong oral, written communications skills and demonstrated effectiveness with communications in English
•Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
•Ability to work efficiently in a multi-functional, multi-regional development team
