•Ensure month end process, controls and reconciliations are solid so that books are closed timely and accurately
•Analyze and interpret results and provide financial and commercial support and recommendations to help improve performance
•Monitor and review performance of P&L, Working Capital and Free Cash flow
•Lead Annual Operating Planning (AOP)process & monthly rolling forecast as well as Monthly Financial Review
•Provides projects and contract support through a team of finance resources
•Engage and partner with the Regional General Manager and Leadership team to drive growth and sound financial performance of the business
•Ensure controls and corporate policies are adhered to, accounts are maintained in accordance with accounting rules and policies, and assist with Corporate Audit, Internal Audit, Sarbanes Oxley, External Audit and Tax requirements, as necessary
•Performs ad hoc analysis to determine business trends and provide decision support financial iinformation
경력 및 자격요건
•Professionally qualified with 8 -10+ years of experience with a proven track record in financial leadership, financial accounting, business analysis and reporting.
•Audit and multi-national experience preferred with 3-5 years minimum local managerial experience
•Excellent analytical skills – experience with Project Accounting strongly preferred
•Strong business acumen
•Strong leadership, mentoring and people management skill
•Good working knowledge of TM1, Oracle, SAP, Hyperion is preferred
•Fluent English
