• PVD 공정/Customer Technical Support engineer
- CTS(Customer Technical Support) engineer of our products in Asia region.(한국/대만/싱가폴/중국/일본)
- Response to RMA(Returned Material Authorization)and various quality issue for Asia customers.
- Managing return material, make a RMA report and take all appropriate actions to close/resolve issue.
-Technical support for customer & internal sales/production team
- End of life analysis of used target to support customers.
경력 및 자격요건
• Min.2 years of technical customer service experience for PVD process in SEMICONDUCTOR/LCD/AMOLED/LED field or OEM equipments in PVD/other engineering experience are preferred.
• Good knowledge of IC industry with experience in handling technical qualification and technical issues.
• University graduate in science and engineering
• Good English communication skills
