1. Review, draft, negotiate, interpret and approve highly complex commercial contracts, including licensesand other technology transaction agreements.. Manage day-to-day project and corporate affairs.

2. Provide in-depth professional legal service for projects involving joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Work closely with internal clients to develop legal strategy on new businesses and investments.

- Juris Doctor degree or equivalent
- At least 5 yrs of prior legal experience
- Experience with commercial transactions in the IT, platform, e-commerce and new media industries preferred
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, leadership, and strong interpersonal skills
