- Execution of country level marketing/e-marketing, branding and positioning strategy
- Manage Korea Web Site initiative:
- Manage the development of Phase I and Phase II of Korea website initiative – work with EM regional headquarter to determine elements, priority of delivery, and manage implementation and 3rd party vendors
- Maintain site and all national and local promotional elements
- Develop eMarketing campaigns and mini-sites to maximize leads generation
- Work with media agency to manage ongoing search engine optimization and search engine advertising strategies and implementation plan
- Supervise the Web Developer position and oversee management of site performance and site maintenance, all survey activities, and all micro site activities
- Lead Korea B2C market strategy and product marketing, and assist with B2B strategy and sales campaigns to support all business units, including corporate sales team and language centers
경력 및 자격요건
6-8년정도의 마케팅 경험. (교육, 서비스, 출판 분야..)
5 years experience in marketing function required, 2 years experience in marketing management a plus
2 years experience in an e-marketing environment desired, design/ creative experience a plus
Project management experience/PMO related experience a plus
Required Competencies/knowledge/skills
Must possess exceptional writing and oral communication skills in both Korean and English
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work under deadlines
Understanding of technologies, best practices and trends for online marketing, internet campaign development and implementation
Understanding of local marketing/interactive/PR agencies
