• Performs packaging-related basic data maintenance.
• Tracking of new or re-ordered packaging, ensuring that the correct quantities are delivered, and the correct paperwork (Proof of Delivery) is received.
• Communicates packaging specifications and development guidelines to internal and external suppliers and customers.
• Designs and develops effective parts packaging for new products
• Assists Procurement department, Marketing department and/or suppliers with the design, development, approval process and production of products packaging.
• Assists the manufacturing departments with resolving packaging-related issues or concerns.
• Analyzes and resolves issues concerning damaged products directly resulting from packaging.
• Monitor and adjust packaging container levels based upon sales volume and inventory targets.
• Establish process for monitoring incoming and outgoing returnable packaging to insure no stock outs of packaging.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Packaging, or Packaging Design
• 4-6 years of experience in Food industry preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Microsoft Office, Organized, team player, flexible and adaptable to change, ability to multitask and prioritize key tasks, attention to detail
• Travel Requirement : 20% to production and different office locations
