- Sales Force.com CRM application 관리
- Work with business and functional teams to gather requirements, design quality solution, and create development specifications.
- Clearly communicate project expectations and solutions to team members and business users.
- Evaluate date entry, import processes and ensure proper data quality standards exist for SFDC System.
- Work with team, functional leads to transform new requirements into design, implementation.
- Documenting and producing blueprint diagrams based on understanding of process/data flows.
- Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration
- Develop and maintain visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions
- Manage Salesforce.com CRM application
경력 및 자격요건
-Force.com 관련 고객개발 경험 최소 1년 이상
-Java,C#, 경험자 최소 3년 이상
-Salesforce.com, APEX, Visualforce경험자
-Eclipse(Force.com IDE) 다룰자 아시는 분 선호
-HTML, XML, Javascript 경험자
-Business Analyst skills 선호
-Salesforce.com 자격증 소지자 선호
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred Computer Science)
- 1+ years of custom development within Force.com; experience in sales and service cloud
- 3+ years object oriented programming experience using Java, C# or a similar language
- Extensive experience with Salesforce.com, APEX, and Visualforce (including custom advanced controllers)
- Strong familiarity with Eclipse (Force.com IDE) application lifecycle management.
- Past experience in highly customized SFDC Environment – developing, administering and providing customizations.
- Exposure/hands on experience with insurance work knowledge are preferred.
- Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.
- Good understanding of Salesforce governance limits and ability to brainstorm workarounds.
- Advanced knowledge of data management (including Data Loader)
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript
- Skilled with data modeling, process modeling, and revision control system.
- Business Analyst skills and experience with business systems is a plus.
- CTI Integration is preferred.
- Salesforce.com Certification is strongly preferred

- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong & effective communication skill
