1. Organization & process Management
- Develop and optimize operational process to fit the fast changing business environment
- Implement the best practice rules defined for the controlling activity by Brand and corporate controlling

2. Controlling
- Analysis and challenge the monthly standard financial reports for the reporting units sent to Brand HQ and SG HQ.
- Purchase controlling for Marketing and capital expenditures.

3. Budget & Forecasting
- Prepare and provide all the relevant data and analysis for the proper and smooth budget and forecasting to local management.
- Assure a proper cost control of operating cost as well as of the investment.

4. Compliance
- Protect the asset of business activity of company to organize and control the accurate physical stock takes
- Internal control system development and improvement

- 6~10 years experiences in Retail/FMCG company (대리~과장급)
- Min. 2 year experience in Controlling, Planning, Analysis
- Fluent in English
- Degree in Business Economics/Accounting
- 30대 중반 선호
