1. Regional Merchandising Strategies and planning
- Store profiling for new and existing stores by analyzing the markets and aligning global strategy
- Provide competitive market analysis on products and pricing
- Monitor and analyses key launches; maximize seasonal sell-through
- Work with VM and Operations team to execute timely floor-set launches monthly
2. Optimize Product Assortment & Monitor New Product Launches
- Conduct competitive shop and pricing analysis on a seasonal basis, work with regional team to provide feedback to define coherent price structure and strategies for all assortments
3. Inventory Management
- Ensure optimal inventory for top performing categories/SKUs; monitor sales and work with regional teams on target-stock review so inventory is within target SOH and good quality stocks
4. Seasonal & Product Training
- Provide seasonal trainings, existing or new product information to the retail teams
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 10 years Retail Merchandising experience including Non-apparel and apparel categories (차장~부장급)
- This role does not entail any buying functions which is done by regional merchandising team
- Business acumen and commercial sense to analysis product categories
- Excellent communicator both in Korean and English
- Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Managing and coaching skill to lead a team
- Bachelor's degree in BA or Fashion related
