- Build consistent standards of best practice, working in conjunction with the Head of C&B & HR Managers in the country.
- Continue to strive for C&B process improvement within the country.
- Initial focus will be on commission calculation process & bonus calculation process.
- Support HR managers to understand local recruitment market and make appropriate offer packages and market adjustment recommendations.
- To keep abreast of regional Reward & Recognition practices and trends.
- Coordinate and conduct designated all employee relationship related issues
- Support in the budget preparation and rolling forecast especially for the labor cost.
- Contributing with ideas to improve processes and procedures seeking operational excellence
- Taking responsibility for reports / projects, as required either for the HR teams, compensation and benefits, etc
- Understand legal regulations and compliance for internal and external auditing
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 7 years of HR experience in a global organization
- At least 3 year-experience in C&B - Must
- Retail compensation experience preferred
- Intermediate level of English
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple/competing projects and tight timelines
- Experience with market survey submissions & analysis
- SAP HR reporting knowledge helpful
