-Performs tasks relating to recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, equity and diversity within a specified business line/unit.
-Uses knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
-Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; works under moderate guidance
