• Responsible for directing all Product and other Technology programs into the customer
• Promotes collaborative working between Sales, Applications and service groups to support customer's requirements.
- Analyzes and identifies the key yield challenges for the customer
- Directs collaborations to resolve customer's key yield issues
- Advises product development for early insertion in the customer's advanced process nodes.
- Creates and drives the strategic technical ramp plan for Korea

• 16 ~ 20 years of technology experience in Semiconductor Process Equiptment industry
• Fluent in English
• Proven Yield Collaboration Program experience
• Leadership/Management skills
• Preferred working experience of MNC
