- support overall clients Compensation management and long-term plan
- Support in establishing business strategies and promotions
- Support in preparing and organizing different internal and external business related meeting
- Analyze business data for long-term business growth strategies

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Statistics/Business Management related career experience preferred
- At least 3 years and above related job experience
- Excellent in planning and organizing skill
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
