• Ensure daily activity and solution offering is aligned with company goal and direction.
• Implement operation metrics to provide all technical/skill of design, tooling, material and process to match customers and commercial requirement in order to contribute towards business growth. 
• Drive differentiation of service model/value add to customers.
• Interact with cross-function, interface with product management, technology and global application technology team to implement and succeed with new product lunching and sales.
• Collaborate with commercial team to build and strengthen relationship with industry or global or strategy customers.
• Responsible for assuring compliance and ethics policies.

• Bachelor degree of Engineering
• 5~10 years experiences related to plastic application
• In-depth knowledge of plastics material, parts/tooling design, processing and 2ndary operation for industry application need
• Strong communication skill and team work spirit
• Fluency in English and Korean
• Self-motivated and effective at coaching on technical skills
