• Responsible for the identification, validation and translation of key marketing programs in the Industrial market segment
• Identify new customers, assess potential and execute on validation targets
• Leverage technical expertise to fully understand customer CTQs and create a compelling value proposition for targeted applications
• Develop strong relationships with the OEM and molders to help in identification of growth opportunities
• Concentration on global specifying accounts to drive growth in other geographies

• B.S/ M.S , preferably chemical/engineering
• 5~10years experience in Industrial Application Development (Prefer Electronic industry )
• Effective communications and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
