1. Participate in executive level collaboration on the mission and vision of the company.
2. Provide effective leadership, controllership & oversight for the business.
3. Ensure operational and accounting controls are in place at all times.
4. Provide financial analysis support to management and Board members.
5. Responsible for monthly management reports , reviewed quarterly reports and audited annual reports. Interface with company external auditors.
6. Manage cash flow, credits and reserves investments
7. Ensure tax compliance
8. Deal with day-to-day contractual issues

1. CPA ; qualifications in Accounting/Finance/Business
2. Leadership qualities
3. Min. 5 years experience in a similar(CFO) position
4. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results oriented organization
5. Ability to work well as a team member
6. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
