- Introduce benefits of products to microelectronic customers, together with sales force, and engage customers during product evaluation stage.
- Performs and executes product performance studies at customer facilities.
- Lead customer evaluations of products and complete the technical side of chemical adoption at customer facilities and the start-up process after adoption.
- Provide technical support to current customers for business maintenance purpose.
- Expand application base of current performance products and lead sales and marketing’s business focus on technology view.
- Identify new or improved product opportunities, and work together with research staff for new product development.
- Together with research staff, develop future direction & research strategy, using field intelligence, for the R&D organization.
- Lead the short term product modification and line-extension type of product development, for the quick response to industrial need.

1. Education:
- BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Material Engineering, Ph.D. is plus
2. Experience:
- 3-10 years of IC, MEMS or LCD industry experience.
- Or 3-10 years of experience in handling or developing stripper, etchant and
cleaner product in IC, MEMS or LCD industry
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing preferred. Hands-on
experience in the fab would be a plus.
3. Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- SEM, EDX, Optical Microscope, Four Point Probe, Ellipsometry, GC/MS,
ICP/MS, Titrations (pH, alkalinity, Karl Fischer, peroxide).
